Rosa Fayre has thoughtfully formulated all our products to deliver refined efficacy to all skin types. However, we understand that no single formula can meet the unique needs of every individual skin type.
If you feel a first-time purchased product does not suit your skin type or concern, you can receive a full refund if it is a product covered by this program and the request is made within 14 days of delivery arrival.
How to request a refund under this program
Please contact our Customer Support within 14 days of receiving the product, including your order number, and the reason for your return.
Please pack the product with all included items and return it to the address below using cash-on-delivery (COD) shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive an email confirming the completion of the return process. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Please be sure to include your ‘order number’ found on the delivery slip. Failure to notify us about your return in advance or failure to include your ‘order number’ may result in delays or an inability to process your refund.
All eligible refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment.
Even if the product is eligible for this program, any products purchased subsequent to the first-time purchased product are not eligible.
Coffrets and limited seasonal items are generally excluded from this program.
If we believe the program is being misused, for example by repeatedly requesting refunds under multiple names, the company reserves the right to terminate your use of the program indefinitely.

Rosa Fayre is committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and waste, especially plastic waste, across our business operations and value chain. Therefore, we made the conscious decision to not manufacture products that are greatly harmful to the environment.
For example, single-use aluminum sachets, commonly used for cosmetic samples, are composed of multi-layered PET and resin-based films to ensure protection from UV damage. Since these pouches often retain cosmetic residue, they are rarely cleaned or recycled and are instead disposed of as combustible waste. By actively not producing such samples, we are able to reduce resource waste and unnecessary costs, ultimately creating benefits for our customers and for broader society.
